Every new client goes through our Meet & Greet process. This allows us to assess suitability of the dog in our home environment as well as answer any questions you may have about the services we provide. They typically last 30-45 minutes but can last longer depending on how many questions you have or if your dog is a little nervous. The Meet & Greet session will follow the format below:
Welcome & Tour
We welcome you to Canine Care Club and tell you a little about the services we offer while your dog settles into the new environment. We don't rush this part and only proceed onto introductions once the dog is settled.
Introduce the Dogs
Once your dog is settled, we introduce them to our resident dog (Dotti) in our outside space. This gives them the opportunity to move away if they want to. Following a successful introduction we will proceed with the meeting while I observe behaviours from both dogs.
If the dogs are both happy with each other and you are too we proceed with paper work. This consists of your dogs medical and behavioural information. We require a copy of your dogs vaccination card, microchip number and any insurance details. We will provide you with the link to our online registration form were you can upload copies of said documentation.
We finish off the meet & greet with any other questions and let you know what to expect in our welcome pack email.
Please note: For insurance purposes children under the age of 16 are unable to attend these meetings.
